Waxing services can be performed during menstruation. If you are on your cycle, please ensure you wear a fresh tampon. Should you cancel your appointment on the same day or within the 24-hour grace period due to menstruation, it will be classified as a same-day cancellation.

For same-day appointments, please send a text message to 346-388-8275 with your first and last name, email address, desired appointment time, and the service(s) you wish to book. If availability permits, we will respond promptly. Additionally, you may join our waitlist on fully booked days; should a cancellation occur, you will be notified to secure that slot. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations, including same-day cancellations, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Deposits may only be transferred if you reschedule within the specified 24-hour grace period, and such transfers are permitted only once.

Grace Period & Late Fees

Punctuality is essential for scheduled appointments. A grace period of five minutes is permitted; thereafter, late fees will be applied to your remaining balance, starting at $15.

Failure to arrive within this grace period will result in the cancellation of your service(s), necessitating a rescheduling at your convenience. Please note that the deposit will not be transferred in this case.

It is encouraged to communicate any delays upon arrival. If you find that you are exceeding the five-minute mark without prior notification, it is advisable not to continue your commute. Please understand that waiting does not guarantee the provision of your scheduled service(s).

No Call/No Show

If you NO CALL, NO SHOW your appointment you will be charged a no show fee of 100% of your service(s) booked. Please respect our time enough to send us a text at 346-388-8275 within our 24-hour grace period to avoid this charge.

Studio Arrival & Guest Policy

To maintain a safe, private, and professional environment for all clients:

• No extra guests or children are permitted at appointments.

• Our studio door will remain locked at all times. Upon arrival, please ring the doorbell or send a text to let us know you are at the door, and we will let you in promptly. Your arrival time is always recognized and recorded.

Pregnancy Policy

For client safety and comfort, please note:

If you are six months (or more) pregnant and have not been waxed within the past four weeks, we kindly ask that you do not book at this time.

Due to increased skin sensitivity, heightened discomfort, and safety/hygiene considerations close to delivery, waxing may not be appropriate during this stage without recent maintenance.

Securing your Reservation

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment and will be applied toward the total service balance. Remaining balances may be paid using the card on file or in cash (exact change only).

Deposits may be transferred one time only if you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. The transferred deposit must be used within one week of the original appointment date.
