To provide a premium, dedicated experience for every guest, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. This retainer will be applied directly toward your total service balance. The remaining balance can be paid using the card on file or via cash at the conclusion of your visit.
Retainers may be transferred to a rescheduled time slot only if the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. Transferred retainers must be utilized within one week of the original appointment date.
Securing your Reservation
To maintain a clean, peaceful, and intimate environment for all treatments, we kindly request the following:
No Extra Guests: Only the client receiving the service is permitted in the studio. No children or extra guests are allowed.
Secured Entry: Our studio doors remain locked at all times to ensure a private and secure experience. Upon arrival, please text us to let us know you are outside, and we will welcome you in shortly.

Studio Arrival & Guest Policy
Punctuality ensures you receive your full, luxurious treatment time. We offer a strict 5-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. Arriving after this mark will result in a late fee starting at $15, applied directly to your remaining balance.
Failing to arrive within the grace period may result in the automatic cancellation of your service to protect the schedule of our next guest. In this instance, your reservation retainer will be forfeited.
If you are running behind, please communicate with us immediately. If you exceed the 5-minute mark without prior notice, we advise pausing your commute, as we cannot guarantee service once your slot has been compromised.
Grace Period & Late Fees
We understand that life happens! To respect our service providers’ schedules, any cancellation—including same-day cancellations—will result in the automatic forfeiture of your reservation retainer.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We deeply value our team’s time and the clients on our waitlist. If you No Call/No Show your appointment, your card on file will be automatically charged a fee equal to 100% of the total services booked.

Menstrual Considerations
Yes, you can absolutely still get waxed during your cycle! To ensure a seamless and hygienic treatment, please ensure you wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup to your appointment.
Please note: Increased sensitivity is normal during this time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made on the same day or within our 24-hour window due to your cycle will follow our standard same-day cancellation policy.
Your comfort and safety are our highest priorities. We strongly advise all expecting clients to consult with their primary care physician or OBGYN before booking any waxing or advanced skincare treatments.
For your safety, please note our studio guidelines:
6+ Months Pregnant: If you are 6 months (or more) pregnant and have not received a waxing service within the past 4 weeks, we kindly ask that you do not book a new appointment at this stage.
Late-Stage Sensitivity: Due to heightened skin sensitivity, safety, and hygiene considerations close to delivery, advanced waxing is not recommended without recent, consistent maintenance.
